Mastermelt America’s new facelift

With three expansions to the Tennessee plant since 2006 we are still running out of space! Mark Degnan CEO took the decision to relocate the administration functions for the company into an adjacent building.

USA Expansion

During the last 12 months the Mastermelt America site has undergone a further expansion into two new buildings as additional production capacity has been required.
It has also allowed us to introduce chemical refining as an additional service. We can process precious metal plated scrap using our proprietry chemistry to treat a range of materials with gold or PGM coatings.

London Offices Transformed

After a year of disruption we are pleased to announce that the refurbishment of the Hatton Garden offices is complete. The renovation of the building provides visiting customers with a cleaner brighter and more comfortable environment more in keeping with the international market we service.

Global Sales Meeting

In April we held our second Global Sales Meeting in London. The sales teams plus senior management from all our sales offices, including SE Asia, met to discuss how we continue to develop our businesses worldwide. With a customer base ranging from aircraft companies, electronics, pharmaceuticals to jewellers we need to ensure the processes and systems we introduce provide the same level of expertise and customer service across all our market sectors.

Mastermelt appoint new Sales Managers

In March 2012 Mastermelt appointed Simon Woolf and Chris Boulton as sales managers to increase our sales coverage in Europe and SE Asia.In March 2012 Mastermelt appointed two new sales managers to handle the growing number of industrial accounts.
