Celebrating One Year of Growth at Mastermelt Wilton!
This month marks the one-year anniversary of our Wilton facility in Teesside, and what a year it has been! From day one, we’ve been expanding and innovating to support the growing needs of homogeneous catalyst recovery and scavenger manufacture.
- Advancing HomCat Recovery – We’ve reengineered our advanced distillation trains to handle the increasing volume and complexity of homogeneous catalysts arriving at the plant.
- New Processes for Hydrogen Industry – Within just three months, we scaled a lab process to full-plant capacity, enabling the treatment of complex liquid waste from the hydrogen sector.
- Enhanced Analytical Capabilities – As we recover more diverse materials, we’ve strengthened our analytical suite to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Expanding Product Capabilities – We secured a major contract to manufacture cutting-edge environmental remediation materials.
Scaling Scavenger Production – Our scavenger manufacturing has grown significantly, with a innovating new scavengers for iridium recovery.
This progress wouldn’t have been possible without new infrastructure, environmental permit expansions, and—most importantly—our dedicated team. A massive shoutout to Steve Colley and Duncan Holdsworth, who have been instrumental in driving this transformation, growing the team, and supporting customers with technical solutions.
Thank you to all our customers and partners who have been part of this journey. We’re just getting started! Here’s to another year of innovation and growth!
